Hungry Crab

Hungry Crab is a physics-based puzzle game where you help a crab grab its food by severing the strings holding it up. What sets it apart from other puzzle games is the strict reliance on gravity and momentum rather than just matching colors. The core mechanic involves using your mouse or touch screen to slice through ropes at the exact right moment to drop the treat.

You solve each level by cutting the ropes in the correct order so the food swings or falls directly into the crab's waiting claws. On PC, you use the mouse left click to cut the rope, while Android users tap and drag across the lines on the touch screen. Every turn requires you to decide which rope to sever first, as a snip in the wrong place sends the food flying off screen. You only have a few seconds to react once the object starts moving, so timing is everything.

Tip: Wait for the object to stop swinging at the bottom of its arc before you cut the last rope, or the momentum will fling it past the crab.
