By using Game Publisher, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.

2. Use of Service

Game Publisher provides free access to HTML5 games that run in your browser. You agree to:

• Use the Site only for lawful purposes
• Not interfere with the Site or its infrastructure
• Not use automated tools to collect data from the Site without written permission

No account, registration or payment is required.

3. Intellectual Property

Games available on Game Publisher are the property of their respective rights holders. Game Publisher acts as a distributor under an agreement with its catalogue partner and makes no claim to third-party game rights. The Site's own logo, design and editorial texts belong to the administration of gamepublisher.org.

If you hold rights to a game published here and want it removed, write to support@gamepublisher.org — we act on valid requests promptly.

4. Third-Party Games

Games load in an iframe directly from our catalogue partner. Their content, advertising and data practices are outside our control and governed by that partner's own terms. We remove games that are reported as broken, harmful or unlawful.

5. Minors

The Site is intended for users aged 6 and above. Behavioural advertising is disabled for children's content in accordance with COPPA and GDPR Article 8.

6. Limitation of Liability

Game Publisher is provided "as is", without warranty of uninterrupted or error-free operation. We are not responsible for the content of third-party games, nor for indirect or consequential damages, to the maximum extent permitted by applicable law.

Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law — including liability for gross negligence, and the statutory rights of consumers.

7. Governing Law and Your Consumer Rights

These Terms are governed by the laws of the country in which the Site operator is established. This choice of law does not deprive you of the protection of mandatory consumer-protection rules of the country where you habitually reside: if you are a consumer in the European Union, those rules continue to apply to you in full.

8. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Site after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
